The primary objective of this study is to evaluate whether a single fixed dose combination (FDC) triple therapy (inhaled corticosteroid & dual bronchodilation) treatment regimen in patients with COPD is associated with better real-life clinical outcomes than use of “free” triple regimens. The study will also evaluate the association between frequency of dosing regimen (e.g. once daily versus twice daily) and clinical outcomes in the real-world management of patients with COPD.
